• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with all tags/packaging intact.

📦 How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at info@leenoz.store with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return address.

3. Package the item securely and send it back to us.

   • Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Earrings and pierced jewellery

• Cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items once opened

• Sale items marked “Final Sale”

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.
